Adverse Event Reporting

The safety and quality of our products are our highest priorities. To ensure the ongoing safety of our products, we record and assess all adverse reactions and lack of efficacy reports. 

If your customers have experienced an adverse reaction to a Herbs of Gold product, please complete the “Herbs of Gold Adverse Reaction Report” form and send through to our Pharmacovigilance Team at pharmacovigilance@herbsofgold.com.au within 24 hours.
