Product returns
Please note all Herbs of Gold products must pass most rigid quality assurance and other scientific tests as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. Herbs of Gold products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Therefore, it is a Herbs of Gold policy that any products ordered through this Herbs of Gold website are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to Herbs of Gold’s company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased over the web.
Products can be returned or exchanged only in the following circumstances.
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrectly shipped
- Faulty product
Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a "No Return Basis".
No refund or exchange will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been open or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Gift Card - Terms and Conditions
Digital Gift Cards are redeemable online only at herbsofgold.com.au.
Gift vouchers a are not redeemable for cash.
Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping. If the order is below the freight free threshold, a flat rate shipping cost of $8 will be taken off the value of the gift card.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is clearly stated in the email in which you receive your gift voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be reloaded or topped up.
If the eGift Card is misplaced, the purchaser or recipient of the gift card can contact Herbs of Gold to receive the gift card number and be given an update on the card balance.
The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order.
If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
How to redeem a Gift Voucher
Open the email that is generated when a gift voucher is purchased. Click “View gift card” button in the email. Copy the gift card code and then paste this in the checkout page in the field “Discount code or gift card”. This will automatically deduct the value of the gift card from the total value of the order.
How to send a gift card to family or friends
When you purchase a gift card, select the amount you’d like to purchase and then tick the box “I want to send this as a gift”. Fill in the contact details of the person you’d like to send the gift card to and select the date you’d like to send it on. You will receive an email confirmation straight away and the person will receive their gift card on the nominated date.
