Product Manager (Full-time, Sydney, NSW)

About the role

We are excited to welcome a Product Manager to our growing team, based at our brand-new head office in Mascot. This newly created role will be critical in shaping our product strategy and innovation roadmap across the health and wellness space. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Product Manager will sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, regulatory, and operations. You will drive both strategic direction and hands-on execution for our product portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to lead category innovation, product lifecycle planning, and customer-focused product development across our 120+ SKU range. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring we deliver the right products to the right consumers at the right time, while maximising commercial outcomes and safeguarding compliance.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Trendspotting & Market Analysis - Monitor consumer trends, competitive launches, and ingredient innovations to guide product direction.
  • Portfolio Strategy - Balance core products, innovations, and premium extensions while managing product lifecycle including packaging refreshes, discontinuations, and range reviews.
  • Innovation - Lead new product development from concept to launch. Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and supply chain to bring differentiated, compliant products to market.
  • Retail & Channel Strategy - Tailor product pipelines for various retail partners (e.g. pharmacy and health food) and support category reviews with compelling insights and solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to support campaigns, pricing strategy and channel growth.
  • Brand-Building - Champion consumer trust through transparent labelling, sustainable packaging, and value-led product design.
  • Strategic Growth Projects - Contribute to key strategic initiatives including range consolidation, brand extensions, potential entry into new channels.
About you

You’re a commercially minded and strategically driven category/product marketing professional with a strong understanding of consumer-led innovation. You love working cross-functionally, diving into data, and delivering products that solve real consumer needs.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in category or product management (health, wellness, FMCG or similar category preferred)
  • A track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management
  • Strong commercial acumen across pricing and margin
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and levels
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (TGA highly regarded – not essential)

Business Development Manager (Full-time, Melbourne, VIC)

About the role

We are on the search for a Business Development Manager to join our high performing field-based sales team. Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, this role with primarily manage and service the Melbourne North region. The Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with all our internal teams and be responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets across different channels. They will utilise tools and resources to achieve strategic territory planning and execute against goals. They will be a strong ambassador of our product and build deep and lasting relationships with our customers. This role requires a passion for health and wellness, market research and product, and the ability to create narratives to help connect brand objectives with product lifecycle.

  • Sales performance including channel target achievement, new product launch targets, and improving territory profitability
  • Strategic territory planning including maximising growth through segmentation and analysing sales and opportunity data
  • Customer Planning including business reviews, regular appointment objectives and follow up
  • Customer Service including confidently holding commercial conversations using market data and technical information, along with the ability to understand customer concerns and navigate difficult situations in a positive manner
  • Data & Reporting including providing quality commentary regarding sales calls and completion of monthly and ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Category Management including implementation of effective range displays and shelf space, ideation for off location activations, awareness of competitor movement
About you

Our ideal candidate will be a professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the health, pharmaceutical, or complementary medicine sector. They will have a proven track record in delivering to sales targets, and the ability to influence stakeholders across our business and in their customer group. Possessing a growth mindset and an adaptable and collaborative approach to working, they will be a strategic thinker who is comfortable working in a small team in a hands-on role. Ideally you will be keen to start a lasting career in this space, enjoy working out in the field every day, and have:

  • Qualifications in the Natural Medicine field and/or strong product knowledge of our product portfolio and the natural health space
  • Existing relationships with retailers in the Pharmacy and Health Food channel
  • Strong initiative and personal drive to succeed
  • Excellent time management and effective prioritisation
  • High level written and verbal communication
