Technical & NPD Associate (Sydney, NSW)

About the role

We are on the search for a Technical & New Product Development Associate to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Technical & NPD Manager, this role involves product formulation and development, evidence and indication substantiation, product dossier maintenance, technical and copy writing and the preparation of education materials. The successful candidate will utilise their study in naturopathy to deliver high quality outputs and will be a strong ambassador of our products. This role requires a passion for health and wellness, and an ability to interpret and monitor TGA guidelines and provide sound technical advice to stakeholders.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Interpreting and implementing TGA/FSANZ evidence guidelines for evidence and indication substantiation
  • Contribution to product development and product reformulations
  • Technical and marketing support across technical sheets, product detailers and ingredient information
  • Naturopathic support to internal and external parties
  • Educational content creation including webinars, product training and online training modules
  • Pharmacovigilance, monitoring adverse reactions

About you

Our ideal candidate will be a professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the complementary medicine sector. They will have a tertiary qualification Naturopathy or a related field, possess a growth mindset with an adaptable and collaborative approach to working, and be comfortable working in a small team.

Customer Service Associate (Sydney, NSW)

About the role

We are on the search for our next Customer Service superstar! Reporting to our Operations Manager, this role involves working as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and brand representation. This includes everything from processing orders, assisting with account enquiries to resolving any customer concerns. This role requires a passion for health and wellness, sound administration and organisation skills, and an ability to provide clear communication to internal and external stakeholders:

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Management and processing of customer orders through various channels e.g. phone, fax, email into NetSuite
  • Communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations e.g. warehouse, sales, accounts
  • Assist with customer education on our products
  • Sales support including monitoring daily sales activity and assistance to our sales team members
  • Maintaining customer accounts within credit limits
  • Support for outstanding payments and debt management

About you

Product Manager (Sydney, NSW)

About the role

We are adding a newly created Product Manager position to our growing team, based in our brand-new head office in Mascot. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, the Product Manager will work collaboratively with all our internal teams and be responsible for identifying innovation within the market or existing product portfolio. They will create and deliver “go to market” strategies and present business cases to key stakeholders. This role requires a passion for health and wellness, market research and product, and the ability to translate brand objectives into product lifecycle and create compelling narratives. 

Some of the key responsibilities for this new role include: 

  • Product portfolio management including planogram creation for various channels, defining product positioning and USPs, analysing product performance. 
  • Market Research, performance monitoring and competitive analysis including using data driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust product strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Management including ideation and product development, vision and strategy definition, product roadmap and requirements
  • Product Innovation and opportunity identification including market comparisons and retailer feedback
  • Cross functional leadership and project management across sales, marketing, training, operations, quality, and technical teams

About you

Our ideal candidate will be a degree qualified professional with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in product management, ideally within the health, pharmaceutical, or complementary medicine sector. They will have a proven track record in product lifecycle management, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across our business. Junior Graphic Designer (Sydney, NSW)

About the role

We are on the search for a part time Junior Graphic Designer (0.6 FTE) to join our passionate Marketing team based in our brand-new Mascot head office. Reporting to our Design Manager, our Junior Graphic Designer will create visually compelling designs that enhance brand identity and create and communicate key messages. This role requires an interest in health and wellness, and the ability to engage target audiences across digital and print platforms.

Some of the key responsibilities for this new role include: 

  • Managing design projects ensuring brand guidelines are met, stakeholders are engaged, and deadlines are achieved.
  • Marketing initiatives including creation of literature and collateral, involvement in campaign brainstorming, and creation of content across different platforms.
  • Design administration such as sourcing of quotes and vendors, shoot support, printing/cutting/packing/posting of training requests, and general marketing assistance.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have (or be undertaking) a degree in design, along with some experience in a marketing team or agency environment.
