INGREDIENTS
- 3 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of plant-based milk (either soy or almond)
- 1-2 tsp of sweetener (stevia, xylitol or maple syrup)
- Fruit of choice (passion fruit or berries go nicely with this recipe)
- Mix all ingredients, except for fruit, in a jar.
- Leave to congeal overnight in the fridge
- Top with fruit and enjoy!
